The Real Agenda ramps up

The Real Agenda, the podcast for political change, outlines development plan


London: 14 September 2019: The Real Agenda, the podcast for political change, has announced that would seek sponsorship opportunities as well as offer production services to enable the development of a sustainable revenue model. This is with a view to having two employed staff in place by December, plus a team of trusted contractors. In addition it is planned to have The Real Agenda Network operational with the first 10 podcast series by 18th October 2019.


The Real Agenda launched in October 18 and today has produced over 60 episodes. The audience is growing on average at 20% per month with 56% of listeners in UK and 26% in North America. The programming focuses, not just on the problems but also the answers to reducing economic inequality, resolving poverty and building greater social and economic justice, because that’s……The Real Agenda


The revenue generating services include:

· Podcast production for partners, already three in production

· Training courses on podcast productions, already two about to start

· Media interview training for campaigning groups and purpose driven businesses.

· Sponsorship opportunities for the network, podcast series and individual episodes


On 17 July, The Real Agenda announced that it would develop the Real Agenda Network of podcasts for political change by partnering with other like-minded campaigning groups. By end of August, 10 organisations have agreed or expressed strong interest, which together have a combined online following in excess of 400,000 which is a solid base to build a committed and engaged audience.


The volunteer team already includes four people with broadcast radio and TV experience plus access to professional producers and editors. The founder Tom Burgess is former journalist, editor, broadcaster and CEO of an international media relations firm.
